The Beacon Report – April 2024.
Bend Single-Family Residential (SFR) market had an increase in median sale price to $753k, up from $682k in February. Nearly 25% of SFR sales last month were $1 Million and over. As of today, there are 43 active listings in Bend for properties- exceeding $1.8 Million in asking price. The SFR median marketing time fell to 20 days last month, down from 40 days in February.
The SFR median sale price in Redmond increased last month to $537k. In March, the median sale price was $511k. The median marketing time in Redmond was the highest (47 days) since February of 2023, which was 56 days. The SFR median sale prices in the 1st quarter of 2024 slightly outperformed the 1st quarter in 2023 in Redmond.
