The Beacon Report – August 2022.

The Single-Family Residential (SFR) markets in Bend and Redmond increased in inventory and are currently around a two-month supply.  The median marketing times increased slightly from less than one week to 10-days. 

The SFR median sale price in Bend increased slightly and the median price declined slightly in Redmond.   

The median sale price in Bend has been trending between $722k and $773k for the past 6 months.  Redmond SFR median sale price has been trending between $500 and $550 for the past five months.

Supply remains at low levels and the median marketing times show there is ample demand for the level of inventory available.
