Another record set in November as Bend shows a $683,000 median Single-Family Residential (SFR) sale price. The number of SFR sales in Bend declined by about 6% (210 sales October -197 sales in November). A significant decline is seen in the number of sales within the $550k-$600k price range – a decline of about 43% in November, when compared to the number of sales in October. This likely had a significant impact on the median sale price increase.

Marketing times of SFR properties in Bend increased to 11 days. Since August of 2020, the days on market have been single digits.

Inventory levels decline in both the Bend and Redmond SFR markets to under a one-month supply.

Redmond SFR is holding steady at a $450,000 median sale price.

The Bend long-term graph will be included in the next Beacon Report (1/1/1997 to date).
