2020 begins with low Single Family Residential (SFR) inventory. SFR sales in Bend dropped significantly last month, but the median sale price held steady near $450k, close to the median sale price in Jan 2019. The calculated inventory is below 2 months.

SFR sales in Redmond held steady last month at 71 and the median sales price increased slightly from the prior month. When compared to Jan 2019, the median sale price in Redmond is nearly 8% higher. SFR inventory is slightly lower than two months in Redmond.
