The Beacon Report – January 2022.
Happy new year!
2022 is beginning with low Single Family Residential (SFR) inventory levels as Bend and Redmond SFR markets both declined to under a 1/2 month supply. Sisters and Sunriver SFR inventory fell to about 1/4 of a month supply. The smaller market trends are included in this report and the 1997-2021 Bend SFR trend is included on the web site.
