The Beacon Report – July 2022.

The quarterly statistics for the smaller Central Oregon Single-Family Residential (SFR) market areas are included in this report.  Except for Jefferson County SFR, SFR inventory increased in all other Central Oregon market areas.

Compared to June 2021, the number of sales in Bend and Redmond (last month) were down approximately 21% and 32, respectively.

The number of current listings in Bend -in June 2021- was 153 and there are 381 current listings at this point.

The number of current listings in Redmond -in June 2021- was 49 and there are 99 listings at this point.

The SFR median sale price in Bend declined slightly last month while Redmond had a slight increase.  Crook County and Sunriver markets show an increase in median sale price last month.

Redmond building permits have not yet been made available.
