The Beacon Report – March 2019.
Inventory levels of SFR (single-family residential) properties in Central Oregon remained low in February. The median sale price in Bend has returned to near $430,000, while the median sale price in Redmond hit a high of $314,000, 10% higher than in February 2018.
In addition to the March Beacon Report, there is also a graph of the SFR median sale prices in Deschutes, Crook, and Jefferson Counties from 2000-2018.
