The Beacon Report – March 2021.
SFR Inventory Remains Low.
The Single Family Residential (SFR) market in Bend had a slight increase in inventory in February, up 0.35 of a month from 0.30 of a month in January. SFR inventory in Redmond, however, continues to decline and dropped to 1/4 of a month.
The SFR median sale prices declined slightly in Bend and Redmond and in most smaller Central Oregon SFR market areas.
