The median Single-Family Residential (SFR) sale price in Bend was $660k last month and the SFR inventory remained around a 1-month supply. The SFR median sale price in Redmond ticked up slightly to $440k last month and the inventory dropped slightly to a 1.4-month supply.
The median Days On Market (DOM) was slightly higher than 50 days in Bend and Redmond.
