The Beacon Report – March 2024.

Last month, the median Single-Family Residential (SFR) price in Bend declined for the 5th month in a row.  The number of SFR sales increased in February when compared to the previous two months, and inventory remains at around a 1.5-month supply.   The number of $1Mil.+ SFR sales made up 16% of all sales.  There was a significant increase in the number of new SFR building permits last month (53).  

Redmond SFR median sale price has been mostly stable over the past four months.  SFR inventory remains just over a 2-month supply and the median marketing time dropped to below 30 days last month. 

Based on prior years, an increase in the market activity as the Spring season draws near will begin this month.
