The Bend and Redmond Single-Family Residential (SFR) markets show to have had inventory shaved down slightly to just under a 1-month supply in October. While the number of sales in Bend had declined in October (when compared to the prior 6-months) the number of active listings had also declined, which resulted in a net decline in housing supply.
Both Bend and Redmond are keeping a stable median sale price, $645k and $449k respectively..
The median marketing time of SFR properties in Bend and Redmond is 8 and 6 days respectively..
