Bend’s Single-Family Residential (SFR) market had a slight decline last month to a $735,000 median sale price. The SFR inventory is at a 2-month supply and the marketing time is around 2 weeks.
The SFR median sale price in Redmond ticked up slightly to $520,000 and the marketing time is just over 30 days.
