The Beacon Report – October 2021.
Inventory levels in the Bend and Redmond Single-Family Residential (SFR) markets finished the month of September at around a 1 month supply.
The median sale price in Bend was $650k last month while Redmond’s median SFR price was unchanged at $450k.
The smaller SFR market areas have been updated with the 3rd Qtr 2021 results.
