The Beacon Report – September 2020.
The Single Family Residential (SFR) median sale price in Bend stabilized in August, but the inventory is slightly lower than in July. New detached SFR permits increased in August to 73, up from 46 in July.
Redmond SFR shows an increasing median sale price, approximately 5% compared to August 2019. The SFR inventory level in Redmond held steady at a one month supply in August.
