The Beacon Report – September 2021.
In August, inventory levels in the Bend and Redmond Single Family Residential (SFR) markets have increased slightly since July. SFR Inventory in Bend in July was 0.99 months and was 1.09 last month.
The median sale prices in Bend and Redmond have been stabilizing around $630k to $650k in Bend and $436k to $450k in Redmond over the past several months.
Since September 2020, the median sale price in Bend and Redmond increased 16% and 24% respectively.
The median marketing time of SFR properties in Bend and Redmond has been less than one week since the last quarter of 2020.
Redmond building permits have not yet been made available.
