The Residence Club At Pronghorn
This subdivision is located immediately east of the Fitness Center and consists of 16 townhomes arranged in 4 four-plexes along the west side of the 18th fairway of the Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course. There are both 3- and 4-bedroom options and each is fully furnished with premium finishes and amenities. These are deed-restricted fractional ownership opportunities at 1/12 interest per share (up to 4 weeks per year).
This subdivision is located on the northeast end of the 18th hole of the Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course and consists of four-plexes very similar to those of The Residence Club At Pronghorn. As with that group, there are both 3- and 4-bedroom options, and each is fully furnished with premium finishes and amenities. But unlike the Residence Club, these are wholly-owned units that are deed-restricted for owner stays up to 14 weeks per year. The rest of the time they must be made available for nightly rentals.
This subdivision is located just west of the main village area (Huntington Lodge, the Clubhouse, and the Spa & Fitness Center). There are 78 homesites in this subdivision and most have frontage on fairways 15 and/or 16 of the Jack Nicklaus Signature Course and 17 and/or 18 of the Tom Fazio Challenge Course. The lots support smaller home designs than those of The Estates, but they are detached single-family homes rather than the townhomes of the Villas and Residences neighborhoods. Most homes in Four Peaks have significant outdoor patio areas – many with fire pits – for year-round outdoor enjoyment. Additionally, short-term rentals (managed by the resort) are allowed in this neighborhood (though not mandated by a deed restriction).
The sixteen spacious condominiums of this subdivision are arranged in eight duplexes just south of the Fitness Center along Pronghorn Club Drive. All are fully landscaped and maintained. Each unit has a large patio with a fire pit. Short-term rentals are not allowed.
The 283 home sites that make up The Estates comprise the largest neighborhood within Pronghorn resort and are laid out between the fairways of both the Jack Nicklaus Signature Course and the Tom Fazio Challenge Course. Quite a few homesites occur along the outer boundaries of the resort and therefore directly border BLM wilderness. The lots of this gated subdivision represent the largest residential lots within Pronghorn and offer expansive views & a strong connection with the land. The architectural design guidelines are flexible enough to honor both the landscape and your personal taste. Short-term rentals are not allowed.
